Spice Hub Tanjung Labu is an empowerment initiative for pepper farmers in Tanjung Labu Village, South Bangka, facilitated by young changemakers. This program focuses on increasing farmer capacity through training, introduction of agroforestry systems, and environmentally friendly intercropping practices. In addition to overcoming challenges such as yellow disease and seedling shortages, Spice Hub also revives the spirit of mutual cooperation and spirituality in farming, making the garden a space for learning, working, and growing together. Spice Hub Tanjung Labu is not only an agricultural program, but also a social and spiritual movement that strengthens the connection between farmers, nature, and life values. With an agroecological and collaborative approach, this program brings new hope for the sustainability of local spices in South Bangka.
